Most major renovation projects require that the existing structure be brought up to new codes and flood elevations. We can raise the structure to the new flood elevation and build up the foundation to meet those requirements.

There are several elevation techniques available depending on your structures situation.

1) Lifting the house and building or extending the foundation below it.

2) Leaving the house in place and building an elevated floor within the structure or adding a new upper story.
